Telkom = NO com!!

Telkom = NO com! Five months of fabulous fibre in my home and still no joy. Three months after signing up with Telkom as an ISP, I cancelled the contract due to NO service . Two months later I'm still waiting for Telkom to release my line so a more efficient ISP can connect me within 48 hrs. Sooooooo frustrated and no one can help!! (I have called, visited stores, tried online - so many case numbers...)
