TELKOM NO CLIENT SERVICE

I need help. My wi-fi telephone does not work since last week. I tried talking to the 'bot', but no help. Logged two requests for an agent to phone me. They did phone, but while I'm explaining my problem, they put the phone down. There is no service anymore, they don't care about us as clients.
