Telkom no care attitude

I requested for a contract to be cancelled on 11 spetember, after receiving no response i lodged a complaint. I sent 6 emails to Portia Tsotetsi in the retentions departement and she has never responded to my emails. today i get an invoice and my account is still being debited. Telkom will now hear from my attorneys as i requested for the contract to be cancelled. I will also cancel all my other contracts
