Telkom no better than Eskom

Telkom no better than Eskom. Landlines down for over 3 days. Spent over am hour at one stage trying to get an update on lines over weekend - to be told no technicians working. Monday 10 Dec still no lines - call centre lady says go to nearest branch and they will sort out solution for data so that at least I can work! Telkom then wants to charge me R120 per month to solve even though there problem created no tel lines and no data. Got a friendly call to say they will investigate after nearly 4 days! No better than Eskom!
