Telkom No accountability and total Disrespect for customers

<p>From the 27th of September trying to request Telkom to resolve a simple matter, i will ger a reference number and have to wait for 72 hours only to receive an sma sayinf my case closed,</p> <p>I have 19 reference numbers and not a single case was resolved</p> <p>I have spoken to more than 30 consultant who telms me the back office is working on it and still no one will respond to my quiries.</p> <p> </p> <p>Was fradulently put in a wrong package and just to resolve that has cost me a lot of money and time and still no assitance 3 months later calling everyday.</p> <p> </p> <p>No manager to talk to and the back office is an outbound and they dont care</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom **** to social networks and said my quiry has been sorted.</p> <p>What is one to do, I have exhausted all avanues but the media and ask lawyers to sue</p> <p> </p>
