Telkom No 1 most useless company in SA

I have tried to cancel my telkom account now for 4 months with no succes so far yet every month they are very quick to send me an account accumulating. I went into a telkom store to pay my account, told i cannot pay my telkom account in a telkom shop but rather spar or picknpay. i went into a telkom store to cancel my account but was told i cannot cancel it in a telkom store. i must rather email the cancellations with relevant forms which i did. i have phoned in the call center too to cancel and was told to email the forms which i had done previously a million times. they have acknowledged receipt of my emails so i know they getting them yet the cant cancel the account. 4 months later 50000 emails later and still no action on the cancellation. monthly statement conveniently getting sent to me. I have all my correspondence and paper work in place. I will be going into Telkom shop in the Junction Ballito and good luck to the consultant that gets me that day because its going to get nosiey. I just cannot believe how USELESS there employees are.
