Telkom nightmares never end

Well, once Telkom has you, you cannot escape. We closed our company account with them in 2017. Of course, we did not succeed the first, second or third time, but I persevered and was told that if I paid just one more payment the account would be cleared. Well I did, and this year we started getting debt collector phonecalls and messages. They believe we still owe R3 040.20. I am sick of them and yet do not know how to escape. I have had this problem with other jobs, our personal line, my elderly parents in law who did not have any service for 3 months and were still charged. The stories are endless. They are a bunch of ********** who cause endless stress in our lives and waste our time. Incredible that noone has put an end to their *******!
