Telkom Nightmares

<p>On the 8th of september I cancelled my ADSL. An Agent got back to me and advised me it would be charged pro rata - meaning that I would only pay for the days of use that exceeded the 20 working days notice period. *******!!! I am being charged a FULL month for 4 days use on my ADSL. I am totally unamused with this and have contacted Telkom only to be kicked off the chat and told have a nice day!</p>
