Telkom nightmare

I have a contract with telkom and I've changed payment dates for them to deduct but they didn't change them on their side. I sent them emails but got no response. Now they charge me double the amount for their incompetence and I reversed it and paid the original amount. When I call them they tell me they handed my account over to creditors. Now am thinking of canceling my contract
