Telkom Nightmare

Nightmare experience with Telkom. Signed up for wireless modem with telkom and package included telkom to telkom call are free...for almost 2 years I cannot make a call...it says insufficient balance....phoned umpteen times no one seems to know what's wrong....they transfer me from department to department ....logged fault umpteen times..they state problem is resolved....but I still can't make calls. I'm paying for a service I'm not receiving...Telkom is ripping me off. .
