Telkom nightmare

Telkom call centres are the worst to deal with. It is the most frustrating experience to deal with a bunch of individuals that don't seem to understand what you are saying them and has no care or concern about the purpose of your call. The sole purpose of the untrained, *********** person taking the call is to keep the caller on hold for as long as possible! Why?
