TELKOM NIGHTMARE

I had cancelled my fixed line in May2020 . 1 year later I am still being billed .

Telkom please refund me my money.

Chatting to an agent is completely useless as they say I need to contact accounts or a case is opened and never responded to.

The emails from accounts are never responded to.

Telkom needs to be dismantled.Hiding behind automated services with no proper channels of communication.
