TELKOM NIGHTMARE

Went to Telkom Bayside in Tableview in September last year. Have been in every month since. Their staff clearly need training! I wanted to cancel my landline and just have the internet package for R345 per month. After going in again last friday I see that I have had two new account numbers as well as another landline! I paid over R1000 into my old account number so that I dont lose the internet service but now I must pay extra for a landline that I did not ask for. My initial on my account changed - call me what you want - obviously the data capture person can just do as they please....it goes on and on - I have logged my story on their website - I cant believe that a simple request is now my living nightmare - Eskom is a breeze compared to this mob!
