Telkom nightmare

I was called and offered a migration to a higher package at a very minimal increase. I consented and received a confirmation email. At the end of December my old service was terminated and no new service was implemented. I have been trying for 3 days spoke to 7 different people. Absolutely no assistance. Each person advises the problem will be resolved to no avail. I am now 3 days without telephone and internet. My business is at a standstill and telkom does not care. Please do not buy anything on the phone, go to a store, you will save yourself a lot of heartache and money.
