Telkom Night Surfer- Unable to use data, useless service

Absolutely useless service from Telkom. Despite paying for 60 gig off peak, and 60 gig peak data, I am unable to download at all. Last month I could only use 10% of my data. Rediculously low download speeds. Logged a complaint at Telkom store- still no improvement. Would not recommend anyone use this service, as you will pay for something you will not be able to use, and Telkom will simply make excuses, and then empty promises, but with absolutely no follow through on delivering.
