Telkom Night Surfer ****

I bought a Telkom sim card when the 500gb Night Surfer first started and was quite sad to see it end. But luckily they launched a new promotion, the Mo'Nice promotion, which still offered me Night Surfer deals, but the new 450gb Night Surfer. I also bought me an additional sim card for my phone since it is a dual sim phone to see if the 450gb deal would be on the new sim's Mo'Nice menu. It wasn't. I know offers on the Mo’Nice platform are based on a number of factors, including customer usage behavior. I'm a customer who always download at night so I didn't expect the Night Surfer deal that I was using to just disappear, but when the menu changed about a week ago it disappeared. Now I have two Telkom sim cards with no Night Surfer deals. So I want to ask Telkom why I'm receiving offers on my Mo'Nice menu that does not suite my customer usage behavior?
