Telkom Night Surfer Data Useless

I have been spending more money on data because I use my night surfer internet data bundles, but every single time between 5am and 7am get notice that my data is depleteng. Could you kindly confirm if the night surfer data is still between midnight and 7am,then if its not when was it changed and why was the customers/public not informed?

You're more than welcome to verify this with my contract usage unless I'm missing something.
