Telkom Night Surfer Data Is A ****

Telkom's "night surfer data" and "telkom mobile night surfer data" is a ****. it is a way to milk people off their hard earned cash.

I bought 100GB of "night surfer data" on the 26th of May hoping that I could use it for the night surfing only to find that I could not use it with at that time as I was out of "all network bundle" so I then purchased a 6GB of "freeme bundle" so I could use my "night surfer data" at night.

I woke up early in the morning so I could use my 100GB of "night surfer data" only to realize after receipt of an sms to notify me of the "all network data" balance which was being consumed instead of the "night surfer data". Days after I have used up all of my "all network data" from the "freeme bundle", I decided not to buy another "freeme bundle" but instead purchased a 3GB "once off internet bundle" which comes with another 3GB of "night surfer data".

To my surprise yet again when I surf early in the morning instead of "night surfer data" and/or "telkom mobile night surfer data" to be consumed at that time, the bundle that was consumed during that time was the "once off internet bundle".

So my question is why do you sell us the package for the night if it won't be consumable at night? Why call it a "night surfer data" if it is not consumable at all? Both during the day and during the night? Is this just as **** to lure us into false purchases?

I am very much disappointed by this **** telkom is pulling on me. This is false adverti*****t. This is a crime. I paid R149.00 for a "night surfer data" but I can not use it. I paid another R200.00 so I could get "telkom mobile night surfer data" but still I can not use it.

Telkom has ****** me off my hard earned money.
