Telkom Night surfer bundles

I have 1118mb available night surfer but it doesn’t connect on specified times and I can’t call Telkom call center for this, I normally use Night surfer but now I can’t, I ended up buying “normal “ data in order to connect to internet because my very own Night surfer doesn’t help and I woke up early hours to work only to find I’m just wasting time and money
