Telkom night data issues

I'm very dissatisfied with the service I received from Telkom today, I am longtime client of theirs and never really experienced an issue with them besides the common network problems people have, So I topped up my account to the total value of R405 and with my last recharge on the 29th of R145 and I got my free 145 airtime to also use,

Now I also have 400gigs of Telkom night data available for usage from 00:00-07:00 am, with the understanding that I can only use this only on the Telkom data network, so yesterday the 30th of June my balance was still 405 with free airtime still available, and I don't use my network when I'm at work because there's no coverage where my store is situated so I connect to the work Wi-Fi until I leave the premises, I left my work premises around 00:14 01/07/2019, and since Telkom is in the process of moving roaming partners data roaming on my phone is not working so I was constantly on the Telkom network and assumed that I was on night data, my network was even on 4g+ and downloaded contents that I wanted. Only to discover in the morning that by 00:45 01/07/2019 my airtime is depleted (R405 including the free airtime)

I brought this to their attention on a 22minute long call where the consultant even hung up on me citing network issues, now my request as a customer was to be refunded my airtime never mind the free airtime as I didn't even chase the balance that much, but I felt as if my issue is of no importance, now I have to but airtime again? This is not fair on me, and the network needs to fix this, the consultant did say she saw a usage of airtime between midnight and 1am and I know for certain that I was on the Telkom network and not roaming because everytime you try and connect to their new roaming partner it gives you a problem

I would like to see them handle my case better than the consultant I was dealing with, as I do spent over a 500+ on this network on airtime, my contact details are :*** Glen
