Telkom nicole way treated me with so much disrespect

Telkom nicole way treated me with so much disrespect. I have 6 lines, and I'm paying R5000 every month. Jimmy, one of the managers his rude and ***********. My lines were off for two month because Jimmy bypass the system when i was upgrading my Z4 fold to Z6 fold and that caused me to be over my credit limit I have contacted him and he ignored my calls. He also sold me a phone with a factory fault, and he refused to swap it.
