Telkom Ngn showing up on ITC check

I cancelled my Telkom account 2 years ago. ago and I noticed now the last couple of week a new thing called Telkom NGN for the amount of R1222 on my ITC. and and my old telkom account in good status as its closed. Please have this removed asap. I dont have any telkom accounts.
