Telkom NGN on ITC which I never signed up for!!!!
I cancelled my Telkom account almost 6 months ago and I noticed now the last couple of week a new thing called Telkom NGN for a very off amount of R1,029 on my ITC under Tekekoms. I have fire from another ISP never signed up again with them! It's unacceptable! I've tried emailing them and even tried using their useless online chat. Nothing instead now every month it's destroying my credit. Im tired and unless I have someone contact me in 24hours I will consult my attorneys moving forwards.
