TELKOM NGN LOADED ACCOUNT ON MY CREDIT PROFILE

I suddenly have a Telkom Mobile account that is loaded on my credit profile. I don't have a Telkom Mobile account. Keep phoning telkom to sort out the issue but only get another number to phone!
