Telkom NGN *****

I have not had a Telkom account since I moved to Fibre last year, It was all fully paid up and closed. Now I get a message from a debt collector Nudebt, saying I owe them money for Telkom NGN. I have never heard of this product. In fact this is disingenous and **********. This account must be closed. I have seen many many complaints about this.
