Telkom NGN *****

My Telkom account was cancelled in May 2020 after over a year's length of dispute and being billed for a service that ceased to exist. To date I am still owed money from Telkom yet they have the audacity to now have me listed as a non-payer with a TELKOM NGN reference. This is affecting my impeccable credit rating as it is a monthly recurring report. I need this sorted out with immediate effect or I am going tot ake legal action.
