Telkom NGN???

I cancelled my Telkom account almost 2 YEARS AGO and I noticed now the last night new thing called Telkom NGN for a very off amount of R 2 081 on my ITC under Tekekoms. never signed up again with them! or any other product It's unacceptable! I've tried using their online chat. Nothing instead i been told my accounts are closed or nothing under my name it's destroying my credit. Im tired and unless I have someone contact me and explain or removed it i will take this matter up!!
