TELKOM NGN?!

I had a contract with Telkom in 2017, my account is paid off. My credit score has been affected because of this Telkom NGN?! What is this and how did they get my details, I need it removed immediately. I have called telkom customer care - that number doesn't even belong to me anymore?!
