Telkom NGN

Hi. I have been listed on ITC for a telkom ngn account that I am not privy to having. I have contacted both Telkom mobile and telkom to find out what account this is. Telkom doesn't even know about a NGN service. I have not had a telkom account for over a year and am infact in credit with telkom.
