Telkom NGN account listed on ITC & Credit Bereaus

I am very angry and upset with Telkom as they have listed me on the Credit Bereau even though I do not even have an account with Telkom. What makes matters even worse is that fact that they update my 6 monthly payment profile as arrears even though the balance indicates zero. Please can you remove this "Telkom NGN" account from my ITC records as I do not have any accounts with Telkom.
