Telkom NGN

i had a simcard deal contract with Telkom and i have paid up all i wed to them but now when i check my credit report there is an outstanding balance on Telkom NGN and which i have never agreed on and now this has created a bad name for me... i would like to know how does Telkom do this? can one sue them?
