TELKOM NGN

I cancelled my Telkom account almost 1 year ago and I noticed now the last couple of months a new thing called Telkom NGN for a very off amount of R1,029 on my ITC under Telkom NGN. It's unacceptable! I've tried emailing them and even tried calling them and canceled but i keep getting missed payments and dont know how to pay or cancel. Nothing instead now every month it's destroying my credit and i can't even GET credit anywhere.
