Telkom NGN

Perhaps I can get Telkom NGN to contact me, because at Telkom they cannot answer a phone, strange that you provide Telecom services and yet you don't know that a ringing phone should be answered. . They seem to think I owe them money but I am not even aware of an account that I have with them.
