Telkom NGN

for the past few years it has been showing on my credit report that i owe Telkom is shows that i have an account with Telkom NGN which i shocking because i have never has any type of account with Telkom never ever, i have called several times to have this issue sorted but nothing has changed. can some remove this account because honestly its affecting my credit score badly
