Telkom - Next to no customer service

This review is for anyone considering Telkom Mobile, or in general Telkom themselves. DONT DO IT !!!!!!! . There are hundred reviews about this company for a reason, I personally I think the only reason why they are cheap is because of their incapacity to provide a service worth paying for. A businesses life blood is customer service, and that is exactly what you "Telkom" cannot provide. Personally, this is the worst mistake I could have made moving to you, and believe me when I say, not again. Get your house in order, you are not the best in the business, and for good reason, personally you have missed the plot and you fail in your service to the customer, on the customer’s account. PEOPLE, THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS IN THE MARKET, LET THIS UNDERDELIVERING COMPANY BE YOUR VERY VERY LAST RESORT. THEY REALLY NOT WORTH ALL THE FRUSTRATION!!!!
