Telkom new tariffs outrage

<p>Telkom has disgracefully recently hiked its international telephone tariffs by an outrageous approx 2000%.</p> <p>E G New tariffs from South Africa to Australia have leapt from .72 cents per minute to a whopping R20.11 per min ( R22.93 incl Vat ) Not only does that seriously inconvenience many Pensioners like me who have childrenliving overseas, but it will have severe consequences for the S A economy by causing hyper extra costs to Companies. Hopefully many irate expolited S A Consumers will request the Consumer Commision the Public Protector and the ICASA industry Regulator to intervene.</p>
