Telkom- New ANC

I honestly don’t know why even today Telkom still fails dismally to provide proper services to clients. I mean business is the clients, no clients no business. Our company had Telkom as the service providers worst mistake ever. Phones didn’t work form last year feb, emails sent to the accounts manager, no response. We went with other services providers and cancelled with Telkom, that was 2023 May. Even today we still getting billed, the bill is crazy high. I logged calls, forwarding all those emails for escalation. Their tech guy came to collect Telkom equipment in October but Even today we still getting billed. Such things can tan the company name incase you didn’t know. Paint us as bad payers whereas customer services is non existent. What’s really hard to give proper customer service? What’s the difference between you and ANC?
