Telkom never respond

please note that this is my 5th time I wrote on Hellopeter

my account with Telkom are suspended due to that they do not call you back,dont give any assistance when you call ,I have been to the telkom shop they cannot help because I did my WI=FI on line

I am billed from Jan.2018 up present but only received the rooter in Sept.2018

I don't want the WI=FI anymore because if I struggle now with the account how will I struggle with the after service the following are my ref. numbers that I received but still today no call from Telkom

********** 6 ********** 49A ********** 47A AI ********** how many ref. numbers must I get to get help from Telkom

I am very disappointed with the service I get, please respond so that I can close everything

I have my landline for +-27 years and this is how Telkom treats me

my account must be sorted out so please call me that this book can be closed once and for all

the rooter is at my home not installed ,what must I do with that, send someone to fetch that as well
