Telkom never refunded my 1GB

I bought prepaid Telkom data from my bank the transaction went off and shortly Telkom sent me a message. They got my purchase request and sorry for the delay it's been a whole week still never received my 1GB data. Secondly this night surfer data is a **** I tried to use the night surfer of Telkom it doesn't work but they keep on saying a certain amount will expire soon. Firstly I could use it with no problem but no it's a whole different story. I only hold to Telkom because I'm staying in a remote area where network is big problem and Telkom is one of the few that still have internet access at my workplace.
