Telkom Never Never Land

It has taken over eleven months and many emails and meetings with Telkom employees together with the grateful help from Hello Peter that finally convinced Telkom to stop sending unauthorised accounts to my plot address for MS Deirdre Press / usage number *** / account number ***. This person is totally unknown to me and does not and has not ever lived at my address. Now I find that Telkom has allocated my email address to this unknown person.
