Telkom- Never have internet

I have a landline and 3 contracts with Telkom and the only constant with this company is an unstable internet connection,

I experience this more with my landline but even my mobile contracts go down. I have different devices and have even conducted a sim swap but to no avail. My internet goes down every single day on all my agreements with them!

This company incorrectly bills you and don't provide the service that they are contracted to. I wonder if there is anyone that can hold them accountable?

I do know an ISP should be able to at least provide you with a stable internet connection.
