TELKOM NEVER HAS PHONES IN STOCK!!!

I cannot for the life of me understand why Telkom advertises phones and deals if when you walk into a store, they do not have the phone in stock. How do you advertise the deals but cannot supply the phone. I app**** for a Huawei P8 Lite and I was told that I would get the phone within a week. One week later and Telkom failed to even contact me. When I called the store, I was promised another week. this went on for a month. ITS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. When I was ready to cancel that contract, I was told that they had stock. I was ****ed because not only did i receive poor service and lies from the consultants ( when I collected my phone, the consultant admitted that every time she told me the phone would arrive in a week, she knew it was not going to happen but unfortunately she has to give her customers a story)but I waited too long for my phone. When my fiance app**** at the same branch and requested that he would like either the A5 or the Huawei P8. he was given the same run around.The phones are not in stock .Every time we call telkom to find out if they received the phones, we are told nothing has been delivered. WHY IS THIS SO COMPLICATED TO GET A PHONE FROM TELKOM ?
