telkom never gets back to you

So it has been more than a week and telkom didn't have the desency to notify me or email me or pcm and yet they are the once saying I owe them money I have receipts of me paying my bill up to date and now my wifi has been off for almost 2 weeks so you know what I think I'll just hit you people with a breach of contract law suit and in the lawsuit I will put in there that I was undress when u took out the wifi because I just wanted the wifi but yet I was forced into getting the line rental I was happy with wire to wire so telkom I am giving you 48 hrs before I hand this matter over
