Telkom never fails to ***** UP !!!

<p>Frustrated with the ****py service from Telkom! I have a R299 per month LTE data contract.. I was debited almost R2000 last month. I have queried and logged a case.. I was told it would be investigated and a consultant will call me. It's been a month.. NO REFUND!! NO CALL!! After my 4th call which I made 30mins ago, I'm told it will be investigated and it will take a long time but they can't say how long. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Worst decision ever signing up with Telkom!! I will never recommend it to anyone! Some assistance with this query in this lifetime will be asking too much!</p>
