Telkom - never fails to disappoint...

Our internet and telephone line has been down for two weeks now. Every time we phone customer service they just say they don’t know when it will be fixed and they have not responded to any of our numerous tweets. So now we are paying for wifi from web-africa that we cannot use, because Telkom is incapable of fixing a telephone line in two weeks.
