Telkom never f***** answer their phones

I am so sick and tired of holding on for Telkom. They never answer their phones and when they do they are so useless and push you from pillar to post!! Is two and a half hours acceptable??? They also do customer service after the call and say they are going to call you to chat to you and never do!! How they stay in business is beyond me!!! They are just about to lose a customer of over 20 years!!!
