Telkom NEVER EVER has signal!!!!!!!!!

I find it ABSOLUTELY unacceptable that Telkom has NO signal! During load shedding we have NO signal. That's not even the worst of it, they refuse to buy batteries for the telkom towers. I can't express what issues it has brought. When i had a car emergency i could not contact ANYONE. This is so dangerous!!!!

On top of having no signal when there's load shedding, there's NO SIGNAL IN GENERAL!!!!! Load shedding is over and I'm still sitting with no contact. I don't understand how Telkom expects me to run a business like this. I don't what i'm paying for. If i could switch to another service provider, I would, but it'll cost me a fortune!!!!!!

This is so unacceptable and i DO NOT recommend telkom to anyone.
