Telkom never ever allocates my payments

Hi there,

I just got my Telkom invoice and these 3 payments are not allocated and it's quite disgusting actually. How can you guys ***** people's money? I want a call from a manager immediately. I will not let you ***** my money any further.

I want an immediate statement of account after these are allocated as this is a pandemic. I will not carry on this way any longer with Telkom.
