Telkom never ending story

I'm sick and tired of being disappointed with telkom, my wifi has been off for more than 2 months now, the guy from telkom came out and said its the computer not their lines after MWEB told be its the telkom lines. Now we replaced the rooter, took the computer in to be fixed and we STILL have a problem, which MWEB checked and told us it's definitely the telkom lines. How many times do I need to get people out just to fix my internet? I'm tired of it!
