Telkom never credited my data

I bought Monice data for the value of R120 6 gig on 31 May 2018 but it was never loaded. I spoke to several consultants who insisted that i have used up the data but i am 1000% sure it was never loaded and I never in my life used 6 gig in 8 hours as i use it the same way everyday and it lasts 5 days. The last lady i spoke to on 1 June 2018 told me its unusual that i can spend it so fast and she will lodge a query since Monice is faulty sometimes.

Today its 11 June and I am still waiting.
